6. After this, follow the on-screen instructions for confirming their AOL new plan.

7. Once the new plan has been changed, the confirmation page will be displayed on the screen.

8. On the confirmation page, the users will be given the option of switching to lower priced plan instead of cancelling the AOL account. 

9. If the users still to convert to a free AOL Account then, they may choose any reason for cancellation from the drop down menu.

10. And then, click the “Cancel AOL” option.
